{"id":38,"date":"2026-10-09T00:40:29","date_gmt":"2026-10-08T22:40:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archademediamanager.com\/eliminazione-dati\/"},"modified":"2026-10-11T18:10:57","modified_gmt":"2026-10-11T16:10:57","slug":"eliminazione-dati","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/archademediamanager.com\/en\/eliminazione-dati\/","title":{"rendered":"Data deletion"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Last updated: 11 October 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can delete at any time the data Archade Media Manager has received from your accounts, and download a copy first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Disconnect an account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inside Archade Media Manager: go to Channels and press Disconnect. The access keys are deleted immediately and the permission is also revoked on the platform.<\/li>\n\n<li>On Facebook and Instagram: Settings, Security, Apps and websites, then remove Archade Media Manager.<\/li>\n\n<li>On Google and YouTube: <a href=\"https:\/\/security.google.com\/settings\/security\/permissions\">security.google.com\/settings\/security\/permissions<\/a>, then remove access. Data received from YouTube is deleted within 30 days of revocation.<\/li>\n\n<li>On Pinterest and LinkedIn: from the settings for the apps connected to your profile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Download your data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From Your account, in the Account menu, you can download a copy of your data in JSON format at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delete your account and all data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From Your account choose Delete account and confirm as shown on the page. If you are the only owner, the organisation is deleted too, with its connections and the data collected. Alternatively write to <a href=\"mailto:studio@archadedesign.com\">studio@archadedesign.com<\/a> with the subject \u201cData deletion\u201d from your account\u2019s email address: we will proceed within 30 days and send you a confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Backups are overwritten within a further 30 days.
