This page explains how to contact us and how to report content or unlawful use of Archade Media Manager, including under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (Digital Services Act).
Single point of contact
For the authorities of the Member States, for the European Commission and for users the point of contact is studio@archadedesign.com; for formal communications the certified email (PEC) address archadedesignsolutions@pec.it. Languages: Italian and English. Emails are answered by a person, not an automated system. Archade Design Solutions is based in Bologna, Italy.
Report unlawful content
Write to studio@archadedesign.com with the subject “Content report” and include:
- the reasons why you believe the content is unlawful or contrary to the Terms of service;
- where it is: the link to the post or profile, or any other detail that helps identify it;
- your name and email (not required for reports of child sexual abuse);
- a statement that the report is made in good faith and that the information is, to the best of your knowledge, accurate and complete.
We confirm receipt, examine the report diligently and objectively and let you know the decision. If we decide to remove or block content or restrict an account, we also inform the customer concerned, with the reasons and the option to ask for a review.
If content suggests a criminal offence that threatens people’s life or safety, we report it immediately to the competent authorities.
Copyright and trademarks
If you believe that content managed through the service infringes your copyright or trademark, report it as above, stating the right infringed and attaching, if you can, proof of ownership.
Security vulnerabilities
If you find a possible vulnerability write to studio@archadedesign.com with the subject “Security”, without making it public and without accessing other people’s data. We will reply and keep you informed about the fix.
